WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY?
Osteopathy focuses on the idea that a person's wellbeing is dependent on the combined function of their bones, muscles and ligaments. During a treatment session the osteopath will use manipulation, massage and other techniques to improve joint mobility, relieve muscle tension and encourage your body to heal.
In the UK, all osteopaths must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council, who set safe standards of practice. I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council under number 2407.
